Carob-Chip Drop Cookies

What you will need:
- a large mixing bowl
- a medium mixing bowl
- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup all natural peanut butter
- 1 cup milk (1% or 2%)
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 cup carob chips
Preheated oven to 350º
Mix the whole wheat flour and baking powder together in the medium bowl. In the large bowl, combine the all natural peanut butter, milk, eggs, and honey; mix well. Add the dry mixture to the peanut butter mixture and mix well, then add in the carob chips and mix well. By now you probably have an audience wanting to lick the spoon!
With a spoon, drop the dough onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until the center of the cookies are baked. Remove from the oven and place on wire racks to cool and harden. Store in an air tight covered container for up to one week.
